Most AI projects fail not because the model was wrong, but because the ground underneath it was never established. A model trained on incomplete tacit knowledge produces answers no one can defend. An architecture built without a clear philosophy scales inconsistency. Enterprise AI dropped on top of both produces impressive demos and unusable outputs.
